My name is Carzhanay Sutton, a Senior here at UofSC. I have a passion for health and started my fitness journey at the beginning of 2026 in hopes to lead people to a healthier lifestyle. My goal for this page is to share information about health and wellness so that it’s accessible to all, especially to the ones just starting out.
